This is an email for anyone who would like to volunteer in an event that onepanth has organized in the remembrance of the 1984 massacre victims. The event is taking place on Sunday, November 15th, 2009 and approximately 150 volunteers are needed for this event. It is going take place from 2-6 pm in (New) Chandni Convention Centre, 5 Gateway Drive, Brampton, ON. It is a day full of Films and Live Performances and ADMISSION is FREE.
We encourage everyone to come out and volunteer. Spread the word and bring your families to learn more about the victims and the agonies they went through and still go through today. Learning our history is something that is important, so that we can pass it on for generations to come.
Take into consideration that this is a gathering in remembrance of the victims in this disastrous massacre, so appropriate and enthusiastic behavior is expected for this event.
